Is Peter Parker somewhere in that top 10 intelligence?

I remember something from the 80s What If comic (if the symbiote suit possessed him) where they found his notes after he had died and everyone marveled at how intelligent he really was as they were reading through them.

Peter's remarked by most creators as being one of the Marvel U's top minds and strongest powers, but due to his loner nature and insistence on privacy he's never been properly tested and as such he's never really ranked.
