I realize that. He could at least try to pretend that he doesn't hate superheroes when he writes about them though as opposed to painting a large neon sign saying "I DO NOT WANT TO WRITE THIS" on everything he touches at the big two.

I don't know, he's currently writing Ultimate Armor Wars and it says more "Tony Stark is a suave motherfucker while doing superheroics" than anything.

There's plenty he's written for the big two that isn't at all like that. Though as I mention elsewhere, you definitely can tell when his heart's not in it.
