Two things:
1. I think Black Canary's and Rima's waists look painful.

2. I don't think the person who wrote the Spirit blurb knows what "dodgy" means.

"Dodgy" means unreliable or of dubious legality. Here it's used as though it means "evasive."

Dodgy also means dishonest. What the description is saying is that the Spirit doesn't exactly tell the truth when he's asked to explain things. So that is a proper use of the word.
