Date: 2009-11-16 07:17 pm (UTC)Was that pun intentional?
And dare I hope that the top-secret story from Nation X involves Cyclops finally doing something about rescuing Kitty from that damn bullet?

Date: 2009-11-16 07:41 pm (UTC)And as xdoop said, they seem to be dealing with Kitty in SWORD. Plus I think Cyclops and the rest of the X-Men basically think that she is dead.

Date: 2009-11-17 06:46 am (UTC)I hope that if/when SWORD decides to take action on the matter, they at least tell Piotr. "Hey, Big Guy, we're going out to save your girlfriend, you coming with?"

Date: 2009-11-16 07:21 pm (UTC)Which pretty much sums up my continued attitude to the X-books, with the exception of some individual stories (vaguely interested in some of the Nation X stories, but don't know if it'll be enough to get me to pick up the book, and New Mutants is the last comic I buy at the moment).

Date: 2009-11-16 07:40 pm (UTC)Sweet I knew that Muir Island meant Proteus! Though I could have sworn 616 Proteus was already resurrected in Exiles during M-Day. He killed a few of them and took over Morph.
I really like Armor, she has a great visual. I wish she appeared regularly in something other than Astonishing. And hopefully Anole isn't too traumatized by this latest jaunt to Limbo, that PTSD he got from the last trip nearly completely turned me off the character. And is it just me or are they actively trying to make Magik look like a crazy villainess?

Date: 2009-11-17 08:23 am (UTC)My all-time favorite X-villain.
I'm doing a dance of nerdly-joy!
I have always thought that Proteus could be a great villain if used right.
