So, does this mean that it's being cancelled? Sadly, it's probably due, since it's not been good since the mid 30s

Very true, and I agree on that point, but I'm talking in the now. It would have been nice for them to have received that push in the years past, and be part of the name brand in the way that Spider-man, Wolverine, and Hulk are. But they aren't, and what's done is done.

I just feel that going forward Marvel should try to prop up at least one of their female characters outside of a team setting. Ms. Marvel seemed like she was going to be that character, but I guess not.
