All you need to know is TO Morrow and Felix Faust are about to get beat on.


I just dig the expessions and the casualness of Faust's leaving. It's more like he's been dealt a bad poker hand than a superhero's coming to hand him his manbits on a platter.

His totally rapidfire "good luck, may the Dark Gods bless you, I am gone" after Morrow argues with him is equally gold. He's so very composed yet definitive about his lack of further involvement now that there's Wondy involvement.

Yeah, it really was awesome - it's not fear (no matter what Morrow (who, himself, is clearly about to explode from panic) says), it's just common sense to get out of the way of the rampaging amazon.

Except Felix Faust has never been known for common sense. His entire character is based on making the same stupid mistake over and over again.

I don't think Morrow's had a goatee recently, but Faust has certainly grown his pretty fast.

Aaactually...*ponders* Maybe he did die from the wounds Isis inflicted...he came back the first time by possessing someone else's body...what's to stop him doing it again? Maybe he happened to possess someone with a goatee this time.

And who was a hell of a lot less doughy than his last body.

Man, Morrow changes his hair style every five minutes.

Sometimes he looks like he does now, other times he looks like a Clayton Foresters doughy older brother (like during the tomorrow woman arc, where his hair went from black to red).

I think he's just such a generic evil scientist they can't decide how to make him look distinct. Ivo has the same problem; sometimes he looks like a normal guy, other times he looks like a scaly lizard man.

Nah, Isis just ripped his bits off...no indication that she finished him off.

Or, you know, that he bled to death from having the bits ripped off.

And he's died and come back more times than most, so even if he did (and this story takes place after the current JSA arc), it's not really a surprise he's back
