Harbinger from Crisis on Infinite Earths. She assisted the original Monitor. She could split into multiple versions of herself and used her duplicates to travel to the various universe to recruit the heroes and warn them of the Anti-Monitor.

She was one of those characters who showed up alot for a special, hung around the DC U for a little bit, vanished for a long time and popped back only to be killed off. Meh.

Ack. Being in, near, or even thinking about the "New Guardians" is an instant death sentence in the DC Universe. Then again, who would want to kill such AWESOME characters like Ram and Extraño? Heh.

I'm so happy that the people the Guardians assembled to become the progenitors for the "new human race" included exactly three males.

And of them, one was gay.

And the second was a humanoid computer with no wang.

And the third was a plant.

I really don't think those little blue guys like us very much. They were probably laughing their little hinders off when they put that team of winners together.
