4 pages from Dark Avengers Annual #1 in which Bendis proves yet again he doesn't give a crap about continuity.

So apparently Bendis didn't get the memo about the Supreme Intelligence being killed a couple years ago, had his soul absorbed by Wraith and the Inhumans now ruling the Kree. That's aside from the fact that the Supreme Intelligence shouldn't know who the hell Noh-Varr is since he's from another universe and was in prison until after his death.

Noh-Varr's ugly new costume:

Surprise guest-appearance:

...Wow... Wow. My brain is just kind of refusing to store that costume in its memory.

Huh. It's like somebody took Space Ghost's costume, and then removed 50% of the awesome.

They should have made him a super-villain instead.

Looks like an update of the original Captain Marvel costume; that costume sucked, though.

'Cause Bendis is allowed to do whatever he pleases these days? I got no other explanation.

Is it possible this ISN'T The Supreme Intelligence though? Loki maybe, working with Osborn to keep Noh-Varr loyal?

I'm just curious. Does Bendis know that Marvel Boy is from an alternate reality? Because the scenes don't seem to indicate that at all.

Carte Blanche is the technical term. Some could say Chuck Austin had the same thing under Queada's reign. (And I liked more of Austin's UNCANNY run than most.)

Well he mentions it at the beginning of the issue, so I'd say: Yes.

... who in Marvel has the most costumes changes, not including the X-Men and Fantastic Four?

Pure fail isn't enough to describe that costume. It's more like if lesser known Incarnations of Stupid and the Ugly had a baby, then said baby would be that costume.

Janet Van Dyne's Wasp wins hands down, I'd say she's literally had a couple of hundred over the years.

How many are actually new costumes and how many are coloring fail is debatable, but she's still well over a hundred. There was a website devoted to cataloging them all on geocities. Gone now, naturally, but I screencapped the thing, and the files are huge.

Personally, I would say "not". Links to S_D is what led to the demise of S_D 1.0 after all.

Uh couldn't this be the Supreme Intelligence from his dimension?

The costume is ugly, can we get the shorts back of his original green, white and gold costume?

Two things:

1) I don't give a shit about the SI having died(CAN it die, really?), glad it's here, and frankly I'm surprised they're only now getting around to doing this with Noh-Varr. That being said:

2) WHO THE FUCK LET STEVIE WONDER DESIGN A COSTUME?

That's what I was thinking. Noh-Varr is from another universe, and IIRC, his "Supreme Intelligence" was his ship's computer.
