It's Christmas Eve and Mr Freeze has escaped from Arkham. A doctor there comments that he's normally one of the quieter inmates, but lately he's become increasingly aggitated when his questions about the weather are answered with the news that it won't be snowing until January.
Eventually he escaped, and has stolen an experimental snow-maker from a laboratory which he's now firing into the air wildly.
Batman makes his way across town saving people who have had accidents caused by Mr Freeze's snow-maker, and eventually finds him in a Gotham graveyard
Bruce is flung backwards, and finds he's mashed up a reef he'd left at his parents' grave. Filled with resolve, he marches back to fight Mr Freeze,
The snowmachine explodes, throwing Victor violently against a tombstone,
