A normal person working on a farm ends up in good shape. He doesn't end up looking like a sumo wrestler wearing a strong girdle.

That's a normal person without super strength. For Clark, working on a farm shouldn't build any more muscles than clicking a mouse while posting to Scan Daily does for me.
