He already has. Man of Bats and Little Raven (renamed Raven Red) are major characters in the Club of Heroes arc from Batman 667-669.

Even if he did I doubt the same company that wouldn't let Black Canary be "70% Hetrosexual" as obossed to "Hetrosexual to the bone" would allow followers of one of their flagships be gay.

It's unlikely that even Grant Morrison could make that decision on his own.

I think the biggest problem in showing a team modeled on the Dynamic Duo as gay is not the gay part, but the fact that Robin is DC's prime symbol of youth. Showing any equivalent of Robin in a sexual relationship with the adult mentor therefore represents sex with children and even—given Batman's paternal role—sex with one's own children.

We see so little of the new League of Heroes, and they're so underdeveloped, that many of those men could be gay. I just didn't care.

Uh... Batman, you do realize that Little Raven has NOT been wounded in the shoulder, right? Why does Robin have to play his part? If you're having such trouble playing Indian, why not have a REAL Indian on the scene? I can almost guarantee you that he knows the land better than you do, great big whitey that you are.
