Doug Apologizes to Amara.
Jan. 6th, 2010 01:20 pmGreetings True Believers!
Here is a scene from New Mutants #9 that I liked. Shows a bit how Doug and his power-set are evolving. Spoilers and enjoy!
Suggested Tags: char: magma/amara aquilla, char: cypher/doug ramsey, title: new mutants, publisher: marvel comics, creator: zeb wells, creator: paul davidson
Amara and Doug run into each other and they have recovered from their wounds/battle damage/psych testing.

Clever and slick. What does everyone think of the Doug so far? Too vulcan? He seems to be angst-free so far.
BTW, Rahne will just shit when she finds out.

Date: 2010-01-07 12:31 am (UTC)There's a nice scene in The Sandman where Morpheus meets Shakespeare to collect his second play (The Tempest), where Shakespeare pretty much explains that he wrote THIS scene because the actor kicked up a fuss about not having enough lines, and THAT scene because he wanted to actor to feel better, and assigns to one of the most beloved and revered plays ever written an almost pedestrian justification.
