Wow! I'm glad Dick has the same reaction to Talia as I do. The minute I see her draping herself around in her drapey clothing I want to kick her out. He knows the chaise longue can't be far behind.

Guess home isn't home without a Daddy? I don't know about what happened to the house they lived in--although I think she's talking about a story where somebody else's house collapsed all around her dad and she *shot Batman in the back* (yes:) to 'save him'. I just dug it out of a box. If/when I get a chance, I'll post the moment. It's kind of... exactly what you'd expect from the two of them then.

Dunno about that, but she and Ra's did engineer his kidnapping to get Batman's attention when she wanted to profess her love for to, because they instantly knew that nothing can get Batman motivated than a tied up Robin. *

So you might forgive Dick never quite trusting her.
