Date: 2010-02-04 10:27 pm (UTC)Honestly I think the appeal is when you have a well written Batman and Wonder Woman its is like two very different people that lead similar lives of sacrifice and dedication to a better world. They are both warriors, as much as Superman is strong, Diana has been shown to respect Bruce more for "earning" his abilities; which makes some sense when you see Amazons as warriors and scholars. Add in that Bruce has the heroism, just a different kind, like Superman, and really is the equivalent of modern royalty, and you start to see better lines of comparison.
Also they're both damn hot.

But I'd most love to see her not be paired with anybody and have the story about her being a hero. A respected, independent hero. That would be great.
