Norman Osborn IS his Avatar.
Raven Darkholme is the hot blue woman...

Wonder why no one else with mind control abilities has really pressed Norman. You would think that after the misadventures during Thunderbolts: Caged Angels arc Norman would have better defenses.

And based on the last page of the preview, what is the foolish reason Mystique doesn't help Nate? She's be better off on his side then with the timebomb Norman is.

I think the implication is that Nate can't handle Osborne's all-powerful crazy. Which makes one wonder why Nate left Osborne's mind intact instead of just erasing him. Burning him out would probably much easier than locking him down.
