The aftermath of bringing back the body in the bat-suit outfit.IGN has the preview. One page behind the cut

The solicit.

Part 3 of "Blackest Knight" guest-starring Batwoman, Knight and Squire!

Only months into his new role as Batman, Dick Grayson faces perhaps the biggest threat of his life. In hopes of attaining his heart's desire, has Dick instead unleashed a terror the likes of which the world has never seen?

Meanwhile, back in Gotham City, Alfred and a recuperating Robin are at the mercy of someone both fearsome and familiar…

his heart's desire? More running around in your underwear with Bruce?!

And unless who ever just got resurrected can fly like Superman, that must be Hush. But I may be wrong....

Who is the old school dark knight and his squire? I've never seen them before and now they're best buds of mainstream bad-clan?

heh, he's fairly cavalier about OD'ing her.

true he knew he could bring her back, but still...

did they ever establish who was in the batsuit? Jean-Paul?

Bat-Corpse stole Dick's plane and flew back to Gotham at the end of #8.

Regarding this whole mess, I thought this was insight on what hell is happening here: http://scans-daily.dreamwidth.org/1574282.html?thread=50780810#cmt50780810

It makes sense but that doesn't mean I like it.

Um, wow. I mean, damn. I'm surprised this isn't getting more press, because for what seemed like such a character with great potential, to have her go out like that (and by those particular means)...crap.

I am liking this particular arc less and less. So now Dick puts not one but TWO people into the Laz Pit? And it's A-OK to do so?

And just... Welp, Batwoman's dead, let's toss her in the Laz Pit, no big whoop!

...........WTF. Morrison, I try to defend you....

Dick'll be selling tickets to the Lazarus Pit next: You want to die and come back via that Laz Pit? Gutsy! I'm on board!

Here's the thing, though. Isn't the pit supposed to cure your injuries? Why does she have to die?

So when did they change it so that Lazarus Pits could be used more than once? That's always been a pretty big rule with them.

I figured Kate was just faking so the coal-types would think they'd won.
This arc is stupid.

I just don't like this.

I don't believe they're about to kill or permanently injure Batwoman. That, combined with Lazarus Pit contradictions and Dick's judgment calls leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

May I just say that I dislike the fact that the Knight now has a cloak. I mean, I know he's always been a Batman knockoff, but until now he didn't really LOOK like one - now, with those weird ear-like protrusions on his helmet and the bloody cloak flapping around, he does. What happened - did Didio say 'this Knight guy, he's too original-looking. Make him more of a knockoff'?

And here I was hoping that Batwoman's plan somehow involved stopping Batcorpse or the Lazarus Pit or, you know. Actually, anything else going on in the rest of the story. Silly me.

In hopes of attaining his heart's desire,

But on the plus side, even the solicits now ship Bruce/Dick. Woot!
