YOU ARE IN A PARTNERSHIP, even if you don't trust Damien to save lives yet, you could easily have sent him to catch Manhunter, jeez. She might have been able to avoid him, but this is just dumb.

Damian is the kid who does what he's told to do all the while whining about it the entire time, isn't he? Mouthy, but mildly obedient, I guess.

I'm really wondering what shes thinking. Even if she thinks she gonna dodge Batman on the killing issue, there is still the sleeping Dragon of James Gordon. He will hunt the killer vigilante down, this has been established; especially funny since she seems to want to sleep with him. THINK IT THROUGH KATE!

I have been seriously apprehensive and anxious regarding this entire storyline. The whole thing seems to be written to support Kate's assessment that Harvey is nothing but pure evil milking a sympathetic public.
