I like how the art captures both her youth, her vitality and maturity. Not some porno bimbo, but an adventurer. (...waits for it....)
Its the return that doesn't have a lot of foreboding, and signals possible renewal and rejuvenation of the characters Kitty interacts with.
On to the comparisons.
There will be comparison's to last years delightful IGN cover of the year, so lets get that out of the way, too.
And of course, it goes without say that this image is referring to this classic shot.
