The Incredibles #6 preview
Mar. 1st, 2010 02:11 pmThe super-hero-ing tradition continues in the world of Pixar as the Incredibles progress into their next story arc. CosmicBookNews has our brave hero about to become another victim of Dexter Morgan... I keed, i keed, but you know the routine. Boy wonder (minds out of the gutter!) is in trouble and it's up to someone unexpected to save the day.
No, not Screeee-BOOM! This.

Later on in the pages you get another genuine "woah!" moment, and the animated universe of the Incredibles expands and gets deeper.
Minds out of the gutter, this is Pixar characters. And Pixar can do no wrong.
You get the rest of the omniverse to play with.
I like the still scenes in this series as you take a moment to take things in or take in a laugh, but the art fails in capturing dynamic motion and tension.

Disrupting an important (but not vital, obviously) part of an amorph is really annoying. Just ask Sgt. Schlock.
Now I'm really curious about the "woah" moment - give me a hint?
