X-men Legacy #24 Preview

The solicitation (minds out of the gutter... wait for it, you can plunge back in after the image) for issue #25.

Rogue has survived a lot in her day, but can she survive the men warring for her heart? It’s not the first time several men have courted the Southern Belle, but it is the first time she can actually do anything about it. Who will she chose? You’ll be shocked!

So Rogue is gonna go gay? This would be the only genuine surprise.

I think the influence of using people from porn for reference is "rubbing off" here. Throughout the entire preview, there are so many "O-faces" that seem to really push the idea of the frustration Rogue must be going through right now since she can't keep prolonged contact with anyone. Just need some release, girl.

Where is Mightygodviking? Someone send him the art with the speech bubbles cleared and enjoy the provocative language fill in the blank.

I hope this story helps clear up the status quo for the mutants as to who is hooking up with who.

*And for bonus points, the part of Cyclops will be played today by Ben Browder.

Oh mah gawd, Rogue sugah, you can and have survived "two men warring for her heart" a million billion times.

And she always will, to an extent, because she is a babe! But COME THE FUCK ON, BRIDGET, the first time she can "actually do anything about it"? That had better be a badly phrased version of "but this time she can touch them both so there's no extra baggage- weight on the scales".

It was a recent issue of Uncanny. I'd have to go track it down, but if I remember right, basically there was a huge battle going on and the Phoenix just up and left the Cuckoos and everyone was like, "WTF?"

Like some have said above, I'm assuming that it flew off to go find Hope.

I love the continuing exploration of the uses of Rogues powers. To think we were stuck with super strength, flight and nigh invaulnurability for so long.
And it's fun to see her teach.

Also I see Scott is using his sweater from Morrisons/Quietlys run, that's cool.

Yea. I liked the classic powers, but then getting the mix in X-treme was fun for a short thing. Then the flame ones were cool, and I was like, "Oh, neat. Maybe they'll change every few years."

But now? The precision-control seems like the best of the lot.

I know it's a long time ago, but ignoring the whole 'Magneto was Erik the Red and had Rogue and the X-men locked up and beat about' thing from Uncanny 350 is bothering me. Maybe Rogue got coma induced memory loss. And someone needs to tell X-artists not to draw the cuckoos with enormous boobs. It's all wrong.
