Nope. Kissing and groping but never the deed - except in the Ultimate Universe where they were sleeping together (when she was only 19) by issue #5 (having met just a few issues earlier) but she dumped him when she found out he infiltrated the X-Men to kill Xavier (though he no longer wanted to) and returned her attentions to Scott. Logan then basically let/caused Scott to "die" on a mission so he could have Jean to himself but when Scott made his way back Jean told Ultimate Wolverine that if she ever even had a single romantic thought about her again she would know and blink out of existence. Honestly (and I say this as someone who likes Jean and Scott together so I'm biased) once you take away the unresolved sexual tension between Jean and Logan and they actually did have sex, that would pretty much be it and it would end quickly IMO.
