I'm utterly unsurprised about the use of Christian Mythology in a DC comic. Hell, I've come to expect it./

Doesn't make this instance any less lolwhat worthy.

It's really hard to have a monomyth, especially that monomyth, in a universe that big and diverse.

But writers have no sense of scale and CHRISTIANITY DOMINATES ALL!

Well there is blue lantern Ganesha which makes me less angry about including christianity. There is also buddhist subtext in the white lantern story
