Actually, broccoli's pretty tasty.

I've never got why broccoli gets so much hate. It tastes really good.

So does spinach for that matter.

Never got the hang of broccoli, though. Or eggplant. And cauliflower is just nasty if you cook it (although raw with a dip, that's nice stuff).

I think pretty much any veggie can taste good with butter. Which may slightly defeat the point of eating healthy, depending on how much you like butter.

I like cauliflower with cheese. And also broccoli. Spinach is good when it's fresh.

Eggplant and zucchini, though? Blech.

Broccoli is good with lemon juice. Eggplant is great in baba ganoush, which surprises me since I hate it everywhere else.

Actually, it'd be easier to list vegetables I don't like. XD I hate avocados, mushrooms, pickles, and cucumbers. I used to be a vegetarian, and I quite miss it.
