Three more pages from Blackest Night #8 under the cut.

Annotations for the above image are at the DC Database (and even then I missed a few the first time 'round).

Say what you will about the costumes, White Lantern Bart totally makes up for the last page of #5 ^_^

Last page of the mini-series:

Not meaning to sound like a killjoy, but we've already got 4 pages of BN already; wouldn't that make this one illegal?

Nope up to 1/3 of a story can be posted by everyone and up to 4 pages each. Not sure what the pagecount is but that would usually make it 7 1/3 pages for a standard 22 page comic and more if the issue was bigger.

But this is a new issue, right? IIRC only 4 pages can be posted if it's a new one.

No one user can post more than 4 pages from any recent comic. Once the comic is no longer defined as recent, more pages may be posted.

Indeed, no ONE user. The rule's not to limit pages posted but to limit how many each person can post so that someone doesn't post a full 1/3 of a story on release day by themselves. But if multiple people post until that point it's fine.

Oh. Thanks for the clarification. My bad. :)

Exactly - it doesn't say that no more than 4 pages can be posted - it says that no one user can post more than 4. That's so that other people get a chance to post - up to 1/3 of the issue can be posted, which never changes. But for new issues, any given poster can only post 4 pages.

So, for 36 pages (which I think is the total of this one, I'd have to recount), that'd be 12 pages that can be posted, whether they're posted now, or next month, or when Brightest Day is over. But until next month, no one person can post more than 4.
