So Jurgens isn't abandoning Booster Gold after all

The Source has a post up about the new Rip Hunter Time Masters Mini announced in this week's Booster Gold.



This sounds like a neat tie-in, and something that people have been asking for (the whole why hasn't Booster tried to rescue Batman thing.)

Also, Booster's in a biweekly, his series, and this mini. I'm almost starting to worried that he's at risk of getting over exposed. He's at like 1/4 of a Deadpool, right?

Has Rip always had that costume? Because it's like a weird cross between Steph!Batgirl's and Booster Gold's costumes, but with a green and red colour scheme.

That would explain his "Ted must stay dead!"-attitude. Booster will try to clone Ted, to bring him back to life and the result will be Rip.

Haha, yes! Or maybe there's a specific time when Ted comes back and the conception of Rip happens then, and Rip doesn't wanna mess with his own timeline. Like, if Booster brings Ted back too early, Rip might wind up with a younger sibling he never had!

That would have some interesting implications about Ted's ressurection, as Rip's mother has been referred to as a she. Maybe he ends up with Earth-11's ( or whatever the gender flipped one is) counterpart to Ted?

Here is a thought. I was just re-reading JLA Obsidian Age (as it had Aquaman trapped in the past). So if Obsidian Age is canon, we have at least two of the same Bruce Wayne's active (if not alive) in the past?

Countdown was Grade A Camp material and is hilarious, so yes, it is. Countdown makes for a great cheer up when you want to laugh at badfunny things.
