The ComicBookResources has the preview for #3. One page from the preview from (and more) behind the cut. Spoilers to #2 issue, as well.

T'Challa is referring to this moment, from the previous issue.

T'Challa arrives, and finds Doom holding his wife Storm hostage.
Doom gives T'Challa a countdown of "five" for T'Challa to give him the solution to the last lock, but *spoilers* T'Challa does not, even after Doom concludes the countdown. We get this.

And Doom passes through the mystic arch out of sight.

So... how did Doom beat the enchanted arch?

Did he legitimately find some flaw in the spell to overcome it?
In that moment of meditation, did Doom acknowledge his true nature and remain true to himself?

Or did he pull an Ocean's Eleven? (Switching the vaults during the 5 seconds he had T'challa's undivided attention? How does ten thousand tons of it disappear in seconds?

Basically the pure act of returning storm to black panther even though he could have legitimately killed her allowed him to enter the vault.
Its cheesy and smart at the same time

Except if he only did it in order to get INTO the vault then it isn't a pure act at all.

Unless, I suppose, if he would have spared Storm anyhow? Therefore, even though he hoped it would get him into the vault, it was still a pure act? And Doom is - sometimes anyhow - an honourable man by his own definition of honour. (of course, sometimes he defines what honour is to suit the situation but...)

So comics are following manga cliches too?

. . . because the philosophy behind that started with manga, and only manga, and manga is purely better unencumbered by pretense, while comics are terrible horrible and lackluster.

Everything good is Manga. Everything bad is comics.

Dude..

Why didn't she just pick him up and toss him around with a tornado? :/

Because she's indoors in a space with a lot of loose objects. A tornado would be as lethal to her and anyone else in the room as it would be to Doom; it'd be like setting off a fragmentation grenade.

So how did T manage to surreal again? And has WhiteWolf appeared anytime since his exiled, caused I think he would still protect Wakanda even if he wasn't a citizen anymore.

Personally I think it just points to the fact that on the occasions Doom's conquered the world he's been a pretty benevolent ruler.

Motto. He's not doing it for himself but for the whole world. What could be more pure than trying to save the world?

Alternate Universe on that one. Plus honestly would you not troll Spiderman if you could and lived in the Marvel universe? I think not.

His intentions ARE pure... pure Doom, nothing in the spell said anything about being "nice".

As noted years ago when Dagger's light-knives had no effect on him, as they would have on anyone evil; Doom has not, for one single second, ever viewed himself as evil, everything he does is, from his POV, done to allow him to rule and that is categorically not evil, just... inevitable.

That or Doom never stole the Vibranium, instead T'Challa is hiding it for some other reason, and it's all a part of some incredibly convoluted scheme.
