...I mean yes, yes there is a villain named Water Gun. He is armed and dangerous with a massive array of super-soakers, and each one contains a a different liquid, ranging from fast drying glue to hydrochloric acid, which he uses to adapt to any situation.

You know, like Batman's utility belt. Only, they're super-soakers.
