The first one comes off as heavy-handed fan fiction, but the second one is sweet. Yes, Bruce, you are an idiot; I hope you had a good reason for that rooftop.

Aww, thank you so much for posting this! The ending of issue 4 was so emotionnal, I just cannot believe how different the things are in the 5th one! Bruce is really a jerk in this one. Nothing new, I know...

Anyway, I'm patiently waiting for the notebook bomb to explode in his face (or did I imagine Silver stealing a Bat!notebook from Bruce's cave?). At least I hope it will deflate that big head of his (seriously, look at the last page!)

I was about to do a Land cry when I realized this art's by Walt Flanagan.

I'm sorry, but I just don't like him at all. It's too... uneven.

In some of those first scans Catwoman bares more than passing resemblance to Gina Gershon. I have no problem with that.

Selina seems a little, hmm, needy in the second set of scans. Though I like the idea of Commando Catwoman.

I'm torn. I love Batman/Catwoman moments, but the art is atrocious.

I think my favourite part is the "Lucky" in the narration box.

And yeah, not great art, especially that first panel where she's leaning on the desk.

I've been one of the first to mention my dying hope of a Bat/Cat thing, but this makes me miss it and almost replenishes that hope. Almost.

Man, I love me some bat/cat, but just no. No, no, no on this. I bought the first issue of this and got rid of it. I couldn't stand his portrayals of the Joker and Ivy.

Kevin Smith, I love your GA, but please stay away from Batman. OK? Thanks.

Yes. "I'm willing to fight for what I want." Diana is going to need a lot of band-aids if she starts with Bruce after he comes back, the shredding will be worse than the Cheetah ever inflicted.

A little too needy in the second story for me, but kind of cute. Cougar, heh. Um, it kind of looks like she isn't wearing panties in the first story either...

The kiss scene is kinda sweet, until you notice that Batman's arms have the same width as his hands. Kinda ruins it a little bit.

And loving the Newmar costume! I want Selina to wear that again.

I do like the overall tone of the scenes, but I never pictured Selina as the needy type. Plus, the art is just a little... off in a lot of those scenes.

If this had been done by a better artist it'd be great, as it stands it's just very good.

Don't know why people complained about Smith's Batman run. Other than his Joker it's been mostly good. :)

I don't know which I hate more -- the awful artwork or the way Kevin Smith writes Catwoman. Needy in the first set of scans and desperate in the second. I don't really care for this "sex-crazed kitten past her prime" thing he has going for her.

As for the rest of the women, his Silver is a stupid and undignified. His Ivy is..., well, poor Ivy.

Surely there are better examples of batcat than this.

I love Catwoman and this is just sad. Clingy Needy and sad, somehow I don't see Selina as the kind to desperately call after a guy that she isn't wearing any underwear. I always felt she was abit classier than that.

Its cute but I prefer Tim Sale's Solo Catwoman by far :)
