Oh goodie, not we can look forward to American/Australian Dan Dare with the same damn haircut Worthington has in all his movies and holds the twist that he's half Treen, like how he's been half alien, half robot and half god in the past.

I mean come on, they had to spend millions of dollars to develop the technology to get him to act in Avatar (and even then he switches randomly back and forth between his Australian and American accents) and he doesn't even look like Dare.

It isn't as if there are people who look the part who can actually act who are appearing in movies these days. People like Clive Owen, Paul Bettany, James Purefoy, Daniel Craig etc. etc.

Why Sam Fucking Worthington? He sucks!

In other spacey news, the new series of Red vs. Blue is up, now with animation by Monty Oum, creator of the Dead Fantasy and Haloid videos,

Here's part of a regularly animated piece of RvB made back in 2008, allegedly Roosterteeth, the company that makes RvB, have been commssioned by Adult Swim to make a 13 episode series, but I haven't found anything official stating this.

For legality, here's a suprised gorilla,

I was wondering where Monty Oum went. That boy's got serious skills.

It's interesting to see him do some comedy too, not just trying to make a fight as badass as possible :)

Sam Worthington as Dan Dare? Could it possibly be worse than Kevin "The plank with the American accent" Costner as Robin Hood?

Actually, don't tell me, I don't want to know...

I think it's new California State Legislation that Sam Worthington has to be in every new film made that is likely to have some digital effects.

Just wait for the announcement that Shia Lebouef is going to play Digby.

I don't particularly like Sam Worthington... but he isn't THAT BAD an actor, is he?

"See? That's what you get for arguing with science... stupid, bitch."

The animated sequences plus some better dialogue zingers have made the latest RvB season a lot better than the last two (or three).
