Red Robin #12

It was hard for me to choose which pages were best because this issue was full of win from the 1st page to the last. Red Robin's first year has proven to be one of the most enjoyable bat series of the moment. And I'm not saying this because I'm a huge Tim fan who's always considered him Bruce's favorite. No, Sir.





Then Ra's throws him out of the window.



Yes Tim, we all know how much you loved/ were devoted to Bruce. Until the very end... Which hasn't arrived yet.



Between this issue and the new Batman and Robin #12 , I begin to suspect there is a conspiracy to repopulate the DC world with Bat babies. Now the question is: Who's the future mother?

Fabian apparently said he was going to use her at some point as editorial and the other writers said they had nothing planned with her as such.

But other than the whole retread of the "Rarr, I be EvulCass and I wants UR Babbies!" plot from Robin: Wanted, my ponderings of why it might not be are in the post below your's.

Fabien seems to like Cass (and not in the Beechan/Miller way) but REALLY like her as a character (he wrote her well in "The Network" one-shot) so I doubt he'd do that to her. My money's on it being Lynx.

She's alive? Again? What does it take to kill her permanently? Broken neck and (previously) decapitation doesn't work on her.
