It sees Buffy has the criteria to become the Ultimate Slayer and already has Angel as its controlled Ultimate Vampire (Shanshu!). So, what does it do?
It turns the public against Slayers and FOR the Vampires through Universe Mind Control (tm), even though it violates all survival instincts known.
It has its cult (because very abomination needs a cult) harass and hunt down Buffy and her crew at every term to keep them on the ropes and unsuspecting.
Gives Buffy superpowers so she can superscrew and thus open up more magic into the world.
End goal? More magic in the universe? Return it to the demons? The Universe wants this?
The Universe is a character now?
I'm just...confused. How many of these steps were necessary? Jasmine had her "Birthing Pains"--but they were more about destruction and chaos. This was more "Piss off your intended chosen one".
How is THAT helpful?
