Love this cover! I can only reiterate what I've said about her character a thousand times: that to grieve and mourn and feel loss isn't in stark contradiction with an ability to commit sociopathic and horrific acts against those they see as dehumanized.

It's too bad this is part of a book that I don't really want to support. Even Osiris -- the kid who was nearly suicidal after taking the life of a villain in 52, and his heel turn is just... eugh here.

I have no idea who Tamaki is, but yes. A male star sapphire is supposed to be a hot, scantily-clad dude to match the hot, scantily-clad gals -- not a completely clothed sexual predator/supervillain.

I did consider that, but.. well, we needed SOMETHING to clasp the collar closed! And besides, the Sapphires are about love, and that's from the heart, Dick's groinal area can bring the sexy without any further enhancement! :)
