As much as I've disliked Zod since Chris, I must say I'm with him in this.

Yeah, hard to root for Earth in this scenerio. And yet we know how its going to end. The Kryptonians will lose, be sent to the Phantom Zone, another solar system, only Sam Lane will be punished for basically committing genocide, Luthor will walk away scott-free (and Superman and Supergirl will let him) and everything will return to the status quo in time for JMS to start his run on Superman and Robinson to use Supergirl as a Justice Leaguer as if Earth hadn't killed her parents and her species just yesterday. That's why this story sucks. It is so predictable from here on out.

A little evil, he did send some agents out against Earth before.

Who caused less damage than General Lane's agents pretending to be Kryptonian agents to stir up anti-kryptonian feelings.

Also he's advocated attacking Earth before, but the government that was just blown up always held him back.

So Zod's about 1/16th a Sam Lane of evil.

i really hope its Lois that Defeats Sam. its the only thing that will make this Series GREAT (dont get me wrong, been a fan, but its waaaaay tooo long)

Plus Lois doesn't get nearly enough Play (would love to see Gail writing Lois for more than a page :)
