History of Jubilee in 10 Steps

1. Create Jubilee.
2. Never let her use her powers effectively. Let her do paltry light shows that almost never show usefulness in a fight excpet for minor distraction. She survives through the power of snark.
3. Put her in a cartoon.
4. Popular!!!
5. Do nothing with her for the next 15 years.
6. Depower her.
7. Give her super strength with a special suit, pair her with other unused X-Men and minro characters no one knows about.
8. Give her the shaft, but let her show up every so often due to 90's nostalgia.
9. Vampire!

I don't care if she's a vampire, I love Jubilee. I kind of love this insane direction X-Men is going. Its either going to be a huge success or ruin the series for the next five years, but I appreciate them doing something unexpected.

Because if he is, the power levels in that lineup are all over the place. Stabbity tough guy, MUTANT BRAIN JESUS, swimsuit mind ninja, WEATHER GODDESS, snarky diamond mind witch, laser-eye general, shiny tank, Cajun douchebag, MEGA-POWER ABSORBER.

Also, Gambit- for God's sake, somebody get the man a new costume. Does it not make sense for the smooth-talking shady-origins grifter to be wearing, oh, I don't know... street clothes?

Confusion with minor art things time! Has Emma's cape always been attached to her boobs like that in this costume? I seem to remember there being some kind of "secondary" overlap a la this previously.

From what I've read this is apparently part of a new crossover story where they are attempting to turn Dracula into a new Doctor Doom-ish figure in the Marvel Universe.

The vampire that exploded was a suicide bomber that was part of his Grand Scheme.

Kinda sad that Faiza exploding him with Excaliber didn't last a little longer though, back since she's one of the new Avengers teams... I think, maybe she can have another go? :)
