Greetings True Believers!

I'm a life-long history buff, lover of alternate history and comic collector. So Wildstorm's mini-series about the WWII invasion of Japan was a natural fit.

Storming Paradise is set in world were the WWII conflict between the United States and the Empire of Japan wasn't ended by the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In this world, the atomic tests failed and the Allies had to launch Operation Downfall, the invasion of Japan.

This of course changes history and different people meet different fates. One of the those people is General George S. Patton. One of the most talented and colorful soldiers in U.S. history. He was a real son of a bitch and my reading about the man tells me he would preferred the ending he got in the SP universe then the one he got in our world.
