This week, I have been mostly reading The Magdalena.

I had a flick through vol.1, but it was too dark and the art too cheesecakey and Top Cow-y (I know, there's a shock.) Why would the Catholic Church's black ops warrior wear a belly shirt and a pair of briefs as well as her armour and cowl? It's not like the Catholic church is a massive fan of people in their orders flaunting their flesh.

The third volume was much better, with much clearer art and a decent (but not great) story. I just need to read #8 of it and then have a look at the Phil Hester drawn Magdalena vs. Daredevil.

For those of you who don't know, this is what the Magdalena is )

Remember how last year, IDW published Infestation, an event comic about zombies that involved a number of their licensed properties?

They're doing a sequel, only this time it's not about zombies.

It was announced at NY Comic-Con: 'With INFESTATION 2, tentacled Lovecraftian “Old Ones” reach across time and space and threaten to destroy everyone everywhere and everywhen.'

According to the interview at CBR, the licensed properties involved in the cross-over this time around include G.I. Joe, Danger Girl, Transformers, Ninja Turtles, Dungeons & Dragons, 30 Days of Night, and Weekly World News.

Cut for stopping autoplay! )

Guessing that Edgeworth and Furio Tigre (with different voiceovers hopefully) would be his alternate costumes?

And legality:

It's pretty big image so I don't want to embed it here.

Okay so I am doing a Report on the history of Barbara Gordon for my Graphic Novel Class.

I was hoping you guys could help me by posting images of the Significant moments in her life.

Including the Killing Joke, because i intend to talk about that part of her life.

I was also hoping you could post some images from some of her Suicide Squad stuff (as that was another major turning point in her life)

i would really appreciate it if you could help me out with this. The teacher likes when we post images from the comics as examples.

also if you guys can point me in the direction of books that talk about Barbara Gordon (i need at least one hard source, not just internet sources)

Thanks guys, ahead of time!

oh and for legality. )

First off let me say the reception to Arkham City is...............sorta mixed. Reviews are generally positive however.

Now, let me start by explaining how Catwoman works in Arkham City. The following comes from Kotaku.com
