With all the fail going 'round at DC lately, the last thing I needed this week was Gail Simone killing gays (even if he pulled the trigger himself). I don't even know anymore.

This shit better be a fake-out because I'm out of patience for Brightest Day and DC in general. I'm gonna go drown my sorrows in Pet Avengers. :(

Raab drove me off comics for a while too, but actually he wasn't the only one, juyst the worst of the lot. I dropped Excalibur before it ended, while my other favorites, the FF, had been killed off and mangled into Heroes Reborn; I stuck only with Thunderbolts for a while, then stopped reading comics altogether except for a few now and then.

Damn, I hadn't realized how deeply Raab's stuff had affected me. -_- I wonder (with dread) what became of him?

Last I heard/saw of the guy, he was doing Phantom comics for Moonstone.
