Batgirl 10
Okey context, a former FBI sniper is on the run from some government agents after he flaked and didn't shoot the alleged terrorist he was ordered to assassinate. Running from them down a busy Gotham street, he happens to pass Cass, who sees that while the sniper instinctively jumps over a child that was in his way, the agents chasing him just plowed and stomped all over him in their pursuit.
This behaviour on the part of the sniper causes Cass to go and save him from the agents, but despite showing off her mad martial arts skills (the page of her using it to dodge multiple close range bullets was posted recently) the fugitive is captured.
Here the sniper is explaining why he didn't take the shot, even though he'd been told his target was planning on killing hundreds of people in a terrorist attack.

Oh, like anyone could do anything to make Cass' friends and family turn against her! ...Oh wait.
Anyways, Cass chucks the gun away as soon as possible, and after beating up another thirty or so agents (and getting shot in the shoulder by the head agent from the scans), she manages to get the sniper to the train station. There she gives him all he needs for a new identity, provided by Oracle presumably, and sends him on his way.
What happens next I shall post later...
And, because I thought that it was awesome, here's the newest episode of Red Vs. Blue, though I recommend watching from the beginning of the first episode of the new series at least so you knows what's going on. And to why it fits with what I posted above.

Date: 2010-06-22 04:45 pm (UTC)It's meant to be an anti-terrorism thing, but in reality it's one of those nebulous evil government agencies that stage terrorist attacks in order to get rid of inconvenient political enemies and such.
The kind of government agency that the X-Files made conspiracies about.

I wonder if Cain ever gave her ice cream, or if she discovered it after running away.
