The first seven panels are a flashback to Dick's first patrol as Robin, riding around in the Batmobile with Bruce.




The last is from "now." It's the first time I can recall Dick doing a, "My Parents Are Dead."

Finally, Dick completes the last step of becoming The Batman.

Well no, the final step is to wait for someone to casually mention that they have parents, and quite like them, and then to passive aggressively make them feel awful for being so unbelievably insensitive to your own parents' corspification.

That's probably only a couple of issues away, for Dick.
