Personally, I hope this begins to kill the 3D movement.

I'm one of those people (estimated at 25-40% of people, depending which stat you read) who find 3D films frequently a headache-creating event, especially the blue/red type. I took my kids to see How To Train Your Dragon in 3D, simply because the local theatre offered it at the same price as the normal show, and honestly there were maybe 2 scenes in the whole movie that were any different ("better" is a relative term) with 3D.

Unless the movie/event is designed for it, as I understand Avatar was (not this one, the blue computer one which I still have yet to see) or the 3D nature shows IMax typically runs, 3D seems to be an afterthought. From several of the reviews, the only 3Dish scenes were in the credits of this movie!
