This is from Amazing Spider-Man Presents: American Son #2 by Brian Reed and Philippe Briones.
After shooting Harry, Gabriel is going to finish him off when the American Son comes to the rescue, forcing Gabriel to flee. The Son takes Harry to the hospital, where it's revealed that he was only shot in the shoulder.
Later, Nora visits Harry in the hospital and tells him how she knew about the American Son project but that Norman had threatened her. Harry takes her with him when he visits his father.
Later, an angry Gabriel visits the American Son, demanding to know "Why would you save Harold Osborn when I worked so hard to kill him?"
