Hi ho, fellow Pet Avengers fans! I finally got my mitts on a copy of Tails of the Pet Avengers-The Dogs of Summer today, and I give you two and one-third pages of AWESOME a seven-page story, "Once More Into the Breach."

We open on Bucky Captain America and Thor at what appears to be a volcano, awaiting the tardy Iron Man, and chiding him for not attending the briefing. Which, had he been present for, would have told him that an old friend is back.







Thor attempts diplomacy, while Tony wades in with repulsors a'blazin'. That goes about as well as you'd expect, and Triple-F gets fed up and zaps them with bright red eye-beams. And when the glow subsides.....




"To be continued...this October." Is it October yet? *whines*
