The GBA explained a few things story-wise and they made a PS2 version of the GBA game, so you can play it with better graphics and gameplay on the PS2 if you'd like.

Nope; the Chain of Memories remake was also brought to the US. I've seen it in Gamestops here in my town in California, so it's been imported to the US version too.

You say that like the sequel made any sense even with the GBA game. That said the PS2 remake of chain of memories with proper 3D graphics was much better.

I rented KH 2 and was like "Okay...so this is kinda of weird....hey Vivi...Seifer....okay...so this is going on kinda long....holy fuck when am I going to fight as Sora?! wait...who the fuck is this? Organization 13? ?what? wait, what? Who...what wait? Why is Sora older? The fuck? Wait....Mickey? WHAT IS GOING ON!?"

I only got the games because they had James Woods as Hades in them. The WTF excuse plot full of even bigger WTF villians making chumbs out Disney's finest was just a bonus.
