Poor Zuko. I read an analysis once on Shakesville, saying that Zuko he's an abused child who desperately wants the love of his abuser, and in time he comes to realize that his father was cruel, that the abuse was not deserved, that he doesn't need his father's approval. It seems to hold up.
That page where he's so incredulously joyful at the thought that his father, who just burned him, is at the door... poor kid.
Also, ToK will be so awesome. Booter-Freak's made something too.
