That's Orrgo, one of the famous Kirbyesque Marvel monsters, He's your typical godlike alien invader who was eventually defeated through contrived means (In this case after he conquered the earth with his psychic powers, he got tired, took a nap under a tree, and a nearby circus ape escaped and crushed his skull).
