One Perfect Moment: Jubilee

First up, some context. Bastion has captured Jubilee and is trying to stripmine her mind for information regarding the X-men. One approach is to reveal to her that he's killed Cyclops and he shows her his battered and damaged visor as proof. He later returns to try and play further mind tricks on her to pry information from her. It doesn't go according to plan.

good moment, but the dialogue and the the art is whut?

Isn't Jubliee an asian valley girl? Why is she speaking in ...accented whatever?

And in some images the artwork is a litttlleee .. Well i'm just not big on the Super Deformed look, is all.

haven't you ever heard one of valley girl's stereotypical phrases "like for sure," rendered as "like fer sure." If for can become fer then your could easily become yer.

Love the scene, hate this art. It's kind of hard to look at this and his Vertigo work and realize it's the same artist.

Never a big Bachalo fan, just something about his style seemed very... stolid in many panels.
