Okay, I was wrong THIS will be my last post for One Perfect Moment week.

Following on from recent discussions about the Riddler and how hard he is to write well, a rather appropriate couple of pages from Batman Adventures #10, as an inmate is released from Gotham State Penitentiary...






I just never tire of the henchmen's valiant attempt at reassuring the boss here.

It's actually a great issue, with Eddie planning to give challenging Batman one more time to see if it works, and if it doesn't, quitting crime forever. I won't say how it ends (This is One Perfect Moment Week after all) but it's a doozy. :)

They probably saw what happened to Harley when she was the Joker's henchperson and thought better.

Nah - this was before Harley. I suppose 'current generation' is a misleading phrase; the changeover I'm talking about has largely happened in the last couple of decades (although, considering comic book time, that WOULD still make it the 'current generation').
