Tim clearly mastered the art of looking cute and pissed at the same time.
As for Dick, the sheer amount might have added to it; it was his every other day (and being with the Teen Titans didn't help either!)... maybe he figured that it just kinda comes with the job (see also the Hardy Boys). :)
I wonder if Dick would look surprised if he got knocked out by a villain, awakened and saw that the crook just ran away."Wait, you forgot something! That's not the way we do things in Gotham! You know, 'When you're in Rome...' etc."
