No surprises here. My least favorite male character has to be Post-OMD Spider-Man/Peter Parker. It's sad--he used to be my favorite character and now whenever I read his exploits in 616--even when not part of the ASM title (like in Avengers)--I can't help but be overcome with nausea once I see him. Now I honestly would root for Norman Osborn over him.
Even if you overlook the fact that the current status quo is part of him selling his marriage to the devil, he comes off as a creepy manchild douchebag in Brand New Day. He spends the early part of the reboot essentially mooching off his Aunt May in such a fashion that even she gets sick of him and is happy when he finally leaves.
He's essentially now a prick. Hard to list all the stuff he's done. As Spider-Man, he's either cracking jokes about Dr. Octopus having cancer or he's tearing off the face of Kraven's wife.
And of course, there's the main reason for the new status quo--sex. Peter must have sex. Casual sex. Drunken sex. Break-into-hotel-rooms-and-don't-look-at-m
One point was when Peter got drunk at his aunt's wedding and wakes up...

The entire thing is of course treated as a sitcom--even when Chameleon impersonates Peter and has sex with (read: rape) Michelle, Peter's only reaction is how it inconveniences him--now Michelle is smitten with him.
And then there's the Black Cat--who, post OMD has had her character reduced to being Peter's sexbuddy as evidenced in this scene:

Later, Peter says this to Black Cat:

That's right--he wouldn't let her look at his face while they fucked. (Later on of course he wears his mask while he has sex with her.)
It's sad and ironic that Ultimate Spider-Man--Spidey's teenage counterpart--is much more mature than the "real" adult one.
