For me, its Xemnu the titan. Gotta love that big hairy yeti thing.
Gotta give it up for someone who can match the Hulk Physically AND take on moon dragon psychically.
Good runner up are the elders of the universe, if only because their manias make for compelling characters (especially the Collector and Grandmaster).
